Description
A rare and unique spirit, Hacienda de Chihuahua H5 Extra Anejo Sotol is made using Dasylirion plants, or Desert Spoons, sourced from the northern Chihuahua region of Mexico.
Aged for five years in new French white oak barrels, this spirit is fermented with champagne yeast, creating a refined expression that is the oldest available from Hacienda de Chihuahua. The proverbial jewel of the sotol crown, this spirit is both rich and gorgeously smooth, displaying all the unique characteristics of sotol.
