291 Small Batch Colorado Bourbon Whiskey is a one year, barrel-aged whiskey with notes of vanilla, cherry, and spice. Distilled from bourbon sour mash in copper pot stills, and aged in American white oak barrels give this spirit a smooth finish that is layered with expressive flavor. Toasted Colorado aspen staves are used for the finish, bringing honeycomb and molasses flavors in tow. Winner of the Double Gold in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
