On the palate, discover a rich flavor profile of sweet sherry, vanilla and dried fruits. Add a drop or two of water to reveal bold, spicy notes that linger on into a long, balanced finish. Deep amber. Full and rich, sticky toffee pudding with dates and vanilla custard, warm pear and cinnamon. Mouth coating and thick; layers of sweet, fruity sherry notes over gentle oak with sultanas and vanilla. Dried fruits and spice linger in a long, balanced finish.
