Here, “Tio” Pedro Vasquez, a master of his craft, transforms wild and cultivated agave into mezcal that transcends ordinary spirits. The journey to his secluded rancho palenque is an adventure, a path to discovering some of the world’s most extraordinary mezcals.
• Artisanal Creation: Each bottle of this mezcal is a testament to traditional methods and the Maestro’s dedication. Made from 100% Espadn (Agave angustifolia), it is cooked in a conical earthen oven, ensuring a deep and authentic flavor. The agave is then meticulously milled using a small mechanical grinder and by hand with an ax & mallet, a labor of love that infuses the spirit with a unique character.
