Our White Dog Rye is not like anything else you’ve ever tasted. Our small batch rye whiskey distilled in a copper pot still and aged for a moment in an American white oak barrel allowing the essence of the grains to be enjoyed and recognized.
First presented in 2011 and was quickly recognized as the best white dog ever tasted by prominent whiskey distillers. 291 Colorado Rye Whiskey White Dog is a complex spirit that works well in both classic white and dark spirit cocktails.
