These potstills are set within a masonry base, often made of clay, rock, or brick, with a wood-fired oven underneath.
The Alipus Ensamble Mezcal is a harmonious blend of 80% agave Espadin and 20% semi-wild agave Bicuishe. This combination results in a mezcal with distinct characteristics.
