Crystal clear Neat, on the rocks, or in classic & contemporary cocktails. White pepper and vegetal notes. Bouquet of sweet cantaloupe, green pineapple, dried papaya, and hatch chili husk. Ripe tropical fruit tones are pleasing balanced by an underlying hint of citrus and a subtle black pepper spice on the palate. A lingering crisp, clean finish.
