Del Maguey Wild Papalome Mezcal 750 – This exquisite mezcal is hand-crafted in the shade of banana trees, perched on the edge of a high valley in the remote village of San Pedro Teozacoalco.
The mezcal is made using wild Papalome agave, grown and harvested using traditional methods. The agave hearts are roasted and crushed, then naturally fermented and twice distilled using a steel pot with a clay condenser and bamboo tubing.
