Description
The production of Mezcal Delirio Premium is done carefully by an artisanal handmade process made with 100% Organic Agaves of two unique varieties: Espadn (Agustifolia Haw) and Madre Cuishe (Macrocantha Zucc). Its distilled twice in copper stills to ensure a premium quality for the consumer. All Mezcal Delirio Premium varieties are made in Mexico and come in a 750 ml presentation.

Tasting Notes
Mezcal Delirio Aejo of Oaxaca has a robust wood profile with soft fruity notes thanks to the mixture of Espadn and Madre Cuishe agaves. With a smoked character from its traditional origins, it provides an elegant sweet note to it resulting from being aged in new barrels.
