The first patron to sip this Polynesian beverage is said to have replied, Mai tai – roa ae, after the first sip, which is Tahitian for Out of this world – the best. We couldnt agree more. Based on the original recipe, we created a tropical twist with the soft flavor of almonds, juices from Key limes and a touch of pineapple to create an island blend of sweet and tart.
