The Solerose is a Nebbiolo-based Ros sourced from sustainably managed vineyards across the Langhe. Fruity flavors, with notes of raspberry, blueberry and ripe strawberries. Excellent as an apertif, with seafood, pasta, and salumi. Fresh, soft and savory. The wine is left on lees for 3 months, contributing to a full, round profile.
