Glendalough Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a truly special spirit that spends a year finishing in virgin Irish oak casks, one of the rarest cask types in the world. Sustainable harvesting of 140 year old trees in ancient oak forests near the Glendalough distillery led to the creation of the Irish oak casks that this spirit rested in. Each bottle is numbered and traceable to the individual cask and even the individual tree that the casks was crafted from. These special casks infuse the spirit with classic Irish whiskey flavors of toasted oak and vanilla.
