As described by the distillery – “The Hinch 10 Year Old is a combination of minimum 10 year old Single Grain and Single Malt whiskey from a select number of casks within our distillery inventory. Finished for a minimum of 1 year in the finest old Oloroso Sherry Casks to add complexity on both the nose and palate. Hinch 10 Year Old is light brown with a subtle red hue and has aromas of fresh fruit with earthy garden-fresh notes. 10 years in Ex Bourbon Casks and finished in a 30-year old Oloroso Sherry Casks from Bodega Garvey”
