Maison Louis Jadot is a trusted and revered wine house in Burgundy, France. The winery was founded back in 1859, on 528 acres of vineyards, which includes 280 acres. The weather in Cte de Beaune slightly colder than Mconnais. The soil of Pouilly-Fuiss are mainly made out of limestone and clay. In 2010 Frdric Barnier joined Maison Louis Jadot as a Technical Director. For 42 years, Jacques Lardire was the man in charge and responsible for the winemaking and bottling every bottle. He is considered to be one of Burgundy’s finest winemaker.

Jadot only invests in Burgundy and only puchases grapes from the top producers in the region.Jadot is known to be America’s #1 French Wine. Louis Jadot Pouilly-Fuiss is afamous wine that is partially barrel fermented with six months of aging in French oak casks. The use of oak allows Louis Jadot’s Pouilly-Fuiss to get it’s complex and structure. Pouilly-Fuiss is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which gives it a pure flavor and a sweet yet smokey taste on the palate. Louis Jadot Pouilly Fuisse goes great with pasta, roasted veggies, cured meats, roasted salmon, lobster, King Crab, shellfish, and cheeses. The balance is perfect with the length of taste.
