Description
Derrumbes Oaxaca is a perfect example of a mezcal from the Central Valley of Oaxaca. Made using Espadin agave, cooked in an underground pit, it is double-distilled and rested for three months before bottling. Citrus and sweetness combine with light smoke on the palate.
