• Maturation 10 14 years
• Sweetness of smoked chiles and sugar cane;brine and ripe fruit
• The hand represents the tireless work of the mezcal masters and the ancestral knowledge that marks each of our bottles.
• Cooked in a conical earth oven, ground with a tahona stone, naturally fermented in juniper vats and distilled twice in a copper still.
