Description

Minoki Rum is an authentic aged rum from Japan. Legend has it that the first emperors of Japan descended from an ocean princess-dragon living in a palace made of corals. Inspired by this story, we finished the finest Japanese and Pacific rums in mizunara casks and later filtered through bleached and washed ashore Japanese corals.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Perfume like tropical fruits on the nose with hints of Japanese plum and tropical fruits with hints of vanilla oak on the nose. Palate: Sea silk refined smoothness rounded with complex oak and Japanese pine apple and mango balanced with a toasted spiced coconut on the palate. Well-rounded long lasting complex finish with medium body Finish: Well-rounded, refined complex finish expanding with a gentle buttery Japanese oak.
