Description
The Muscadet region spreads across 20 communes and takes its name from the two rivers flowing through the vineyards: the Svre taise and the Maine The subtle nose, is representative of Melon de Bourgogne, floral with acacia notes and verbena. Delightful with oysters and all crustaceans. The palate is fruity but fresh, shows lovely acidity and ends on a saline note. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine stays on its lees which are composed of 95% dead yeast
