The whiskey must then be aged in a federally bonded warehouse under careful supervision by the U.S. government for at least four years. This painstaking process has produced an exceptionally high-quality spirit. Gentle aromas of vanilla, grain, and light oak rise from the glass, followed by hints of baking spice and dried fruit.
