Palomo Mezcal Espadn Joven 750ML -Palomo Espadin is produced by mezcalero Carlos Mendez Blas in the Mezcal Capital of the World, Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca.
Palomo Cirial is made with maguey Cirial (agave Karwinskii) that took 12 years to reach maturity. The agave used in this mezcal was traditionally cooked in an underground pit oven, milled by horse-drawn tahona, and double-distilled in a copper still.
This mezcal has unique citrus aromas and flavors that are slightly smoked with a bit of agave sweetness.
