Through cold-pressing and cold-hydrolysis, the raw agave’s essence is carefully extracted, ensuring the preservation of its intricate flavors. An emphasis on bio-fermentation at a precise 22C allows the Destilamax yeast to work its magic over 7 days, leading to an impeccable base ready for distillation.
The tequila is then double-distilled in a hybrid copper pot still, ensuring only the purest spirit progresses to the next stage.
