Description
Founded by Kaveh Zamanian, Rabbit hole strives to be on the forefront of the American Spirits Category. After marrying his Louisville-native wife Heather, moving to Kentucky, and starting his own company, Kaveh began pouring his passion into crafting the spirit he loves. Raceking by Rabbithole is all-out cask strength. With a high proof, deep, rich color, strong nose and a bold, more complex flavor profile. The bottle features embossed-glass detailing of the brands sash label and includes a metallic-topped cork engraved with Kavehs family crest of Amare et Opus. Packaged in a linen-patterned box featuring their logo in a deep brown with racing-silk-blue accents. Named as a nod to Kentuckys storied horse-racing tradition, this thoroughbred bourbon is crafted with a mashbill of five distinct grains, three of which were expertly malted, aged in barrels toasted & charred with wood-fueled fire by the master craftsmen of Kelvin Cooperage. The result is a bold whiskey with a sweet scent of cocoa, brownsugar, and toast aroma flanked by a palate of hazel, cinnamon spice, black cherry and tobacco. Raceking finishes strong with earthy notes of wood and leather complimented by a delicious lingering chocolate.
