Siembra Azul Tequila Blanco contains no additives and celebratesthe heritage of the Highlands region. The production process is deeply traditional: agaves roasted in room-sized, wood-fired brick ovens releasing unparalleled aromas; hand-operated roller mills extracting the very soul of the roasted agave; fermentation in steel tanks underscored by melodies of classical music, optimizing yeast activity in a dance of science and sensation; and the clean, crisp flavors achieved by distilling in copper stills, the apex of tequila distillation.
