The Signatory Vintage Dailuaine 16 Years Old 2008 Cask Strength #1 is a rare and powerful single cask bottling from the renowned Cask Strength Collection by Signatory Vintage – one of Scotland’s most respected independent bottlers. This single malt comes from the traditional Dailuaine Distillery in Speyside, which is known for full-bodied, aromatically dense whiskies that harmonize particularly well with sherry cask maturation.
Distilled in 2008 and bottled after 16 years of maturation in 2024, this exceptional single malt was stored in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt for its entire maturation period – a cask that brings intense aromas of dark fruits, nuts, spices and subtle sweetness to the whisky. It was bottled at natural cask strength with a strong 56.8% vol., uncolored and not chill-filtered to preserve its full natural expressiveness.
