The Slyrs Classic Bavarian Single Malt Whisky is the flagship product of the renowned Slyrs distillery on Lake Schliersee, considered a pioneer of German whisky craftsmanship. Bottled at 43% ABV in a 0.7-liter bottle, this bottling embodies the essence of the brand: tradition, Alpine purity, and modern distilling all “Made in Bavaria.”
This single malt is made exclusively from Bavarian barley, which is processed in small batches with fresh mountain spring water from the Alps. Maturation takes place over several years in new American white oak barrels, giving the whisky its golden color, smooth texture, and characteristic vanilla and wood aromas. The alpine altitude and the special climate around Lake Schliersee contribute significantly to the slow but intensive maturation.
