The Yalumba Octaves were the original red wine barrels that we used to age what we now know Nova to be. Without the support and advice of the Yalumba wine-making and coopering team, Starwards signature flavor cues and ground-breaking aging process may never have been realized. Using the very best barrels that Yalumba has, we are excited to share with you our first estate winery release.
