Tequila Gran Casal Aejo is a premium 100% Blue Agave Tequila crafted in a semi-artisanal distillery. We carefully select the finest agave plants from our own orchards, ensuring they have matured between 6 and 8 years. These agaves are then slowly steam-cooked in traditional masonry ovens to enhance their rich flavors. What makes our Aejo truly exceptional is its meticulous aging process. A masterfully balanced blend of tequila is matured for 18 months in French oak barrels, resulting in a distinct color, aroma, and flavor. This careful aging process sets Tequila Gran Casal Aejo apart, making it a standout in the Aejo category, both nationally and internationally.
