Mezcal Union El Viejo is an un-aged mezcal, handcrafted with Espadin and Wild Tobala Agaves. These agaves have matured 8 to 14 years, providing robust flavors for this spirit. On the nose are sweet, floral notes of smoke, mint, pine, butter, stone, and new woods. On the palate are notes of oak and cooked agave, along with flowers that pair with dry, citrusy flavors.
