Albrecht von Haller was an important physicist, poet and botanist of the 18th century. In 1736, he founded the famous botanical gardens in Goettingen, whose influence can still be felt today. Von Haller Gin sources all of its botanicals from these historic gardens.

Each plant is hand-picked and carefully selected to create a harmonious blend of aromas and flavors.

The carefully selected plants and herbs are shipped from Germany to Ireland, where they are distilled into an exceptional gin at The Shed Distillery.
