Kentuckys Wilderness Trail Distillery began releasing products only in the last couple years, patiently waiting fortheir four-year, bottled-in-bond bourbon to come of age.A couple of years later, and the distillery is now slowly releasing its first six-year-old bourbons. This is their rye recipe (24% rye, 12% malted barley) made using the unique sweet mashing process, and since its drawn from some of the distillerys oldest stocks, distilled on the original pot still.
