YENI RAKI
Raki is an aromatic clear drink obtained through a second distillation of grape alcohol with aniseed. Raki is served straight or generally with water, or mineral water but in both cases, it should be served chilled (8 – 10 C). Although taken also as an appetizer, this special drink is usually served together with an assortment of Turkish cold-warm specialities.
