Founded by Yola Jimenez and made using her familys original 1971 recipe, this mezcal is distilled from organically grown espadn agave, harvested and roasted in small batches to preserve its authentic character.
Double-distilled in copper pot stills, Yola Mezcal opens with inviting aromas of smoke, earth, and citrus. On the palate, it delivers layers of roasted agave, soft vanilla, caramel, and subtle spice, leading to a clean, lingering finish with a touch of sweetness and signature smokiness.
